Addie's first Parade

The parade itself was kind of lame, but look how darling Addie was looking all patriotic :) Papa Steve is glad he has a little one to go with him to parades now. It was founders day in Pleasant View on Saturday.....we'll be doing it again for the 4th. We also saw fireworks that night and I was worried that she'd be scared but she just watched and was fine. Every once in awhile she'd say "haaa".....little cutie pie.

Welcome Baby Beckam!

After MUCH anticipation, Beckam Derek Rees was born June 27th. Tammy was almost a full week over her due date and was such a trooper. He came into the world weighing a respectable 9 lbs. 1 0z. and measured 21.5 inches long! Big boy! He has big hands and feet- already bigger than Addie's! He's a sweet little cutie and his mom and dad couldn't be happier. It was so neat to see them as a little family at the hospital- Tammy looked GREAT for having a baby the night before!
Congratulations Derek and Tammy! You will be such great parents. Beckam is so lucky to have been born into such a good home. We're so happy that he's a part of our family now. We love you three!

My New Toy

Here is my fun new toy- mommy put it together and was quite proud of herself :) Listen to me talk! I've started to squeak and squeal so much! It's so cute.

Happy Father's Day!

Here's Addie with her daddy- she loves him so much! We're both happy he's her daddy. We got to see lots of family over the weekend. Hanging on the lawn with the girls- Grandma Lynette, Auntie Terri and Mommy.

Girls' road trip!

Yay! After not seeing Aunt Ashley for 2 months, Addie and I got to go to Jackson Hole and visit her! It was so fun to see Ashley and I'm pretty sure that she was excited to see us. Here they are so cute together- Addie is exactly 5 months old the day this was taken- what a big girl! She's rolling from her tummy to her back really good now- she showed off for Ash. We really miss our family and friends who live away from us and it was so great to spend time with Ashley.

Here we are at Jenny lake. It was way too cold and a little rainy, so we didn't take the boat ride, but it was a fun little adventure and the Tetons are so pretty.

Swimming baby

Our little backstroking baby! She did this for a few minutes- we all died laughing it was so dang cute! We just love her!

Water Baby

Addie got to have her first swimming party Saturday at Grandma Rees's house. It was so much fun! She loved it and was so dang cute! She'd kick her little legs under the water. Here she is smothered in suncreen and big sun hat- mommy doesn't want her to burn. We're so glad summer is here.

Roll Over

Here is Addie not rolling over. Haha, we're trying to get it on video for everyone, but she's not wanting to perform. She has done it several times in the past week though-big girl! She rolls from her tummy to her back and rolls half way the other way. Hopefully we can share it soon!
