I'm now on day 7 of potty training and I'm totally frustrated and at a loss at what to do/try next....
So ANY suggestions, tricks, whatever- send them my way PLEASE!!

Sorry, I'm no help either. I hear it's really great when they are finally trained! Hang in there, she'll get the hang of it eventually.

I am sorry. I don't know what advice to give. It seems like Addie and Anna are so similar, but I think by day 7 we had gotten it down. It seems like we tried similar things and so I don't know what else to tell you. I have had a couple of friends who just waited and their kids did it COMPLETELY on their own. One of my friends just blogged about it (http://menkefam.blogspot.com/2009/12/merry-christmas-to-me.html). So you could back off and try it again later? But then again, if you have come this far, no sense in having to go through it again. One thing I do know is your new blog layout is adorable :)

Just keep swimming, just keep swimming...kidding. I guess just keep at it and eventually she will get it. I heard it can take months to get them trained
Potty Training is the WORST! I am so sorry! I wish I had some way good tips for you. I have tried it all. Timers, reward charts, treats, party's in the bathroom with books. I think the main thing is that KIDS WILL DO IT WHEN THEY WANT TO. Despite all my efforts, Both my kids just one day all the sudden wanted to pee and poo in the toilet because THEY decided to. So wish I had some wisdom to impart. Unfortunately all I can offer is some diet coke to help keep you sane....
Keep her in diapers till she graduates from High School! That way she wont date! :)
