Yeah so we had surround sound in our last place and this house it not wired for it. It makes Ross oh so very sad. I don't know if we have to buy a different system (our last one had speakers in the ceiling) or if it is even possible to wire this house for the system we already have. Which would be smarter financially as well? I looked on the site, but I did not see an answer to that question. But I could have missed it - lets face it, I don't get a lot of sleep these days and I am a little delusional ;)
Megan- absolutely they can retro-fit your current system to your new house. They'd have to come asess the room to see how they'd wire it, but they've done it in rooms I'd never thought that you could have wired without wires hanging everywhere (which I loathe). You may have to have them get you speakers if your other ones were in the ceiling and still at your old place. But they have a ton of inexpensive options. You aren't crazy though, there isn't a page about that on the site, so Jed is going to add one :) thanks for the feedback!
I want to win because:
A. Back to the Future rocks and anyone who names their company as an homage to that movie also rocks.
B. I am a poor grad student and it would be nice to win something. Anything.
C. Someday, when I am no longer a poor grad student, I will hire Jed to install a super-sweet home theater for me.
These are the reasons why I would like to win a Blu-ray player. Thank you for your consideration.
Whew! Okay, I posted links on my blog and my FB. You should already be linked to both.
*crossing fingers in hopes of winning*
Wow, how nice are the Wellers?!?
We checked out the website and think it is pretty sweet! We'd love to win because every time we go to the store or watch a movie Jeff makes some comment about having a Blu-ray...he would be so very happy!
"The site looks very professional. The only thing that needed a different look, in my opinion, would be the entries page. The pictures are great, but if you had a different background and a more creative way to display the before & after pictures it would fit in better with the professionalism of the rest of the site. We have a family movie night weekly, which the kids look forward too. It is one of our traditions we have started. We just have the regular old(and I mean old) DVD player and we have an XBOX360. So when the old DVD player has problems reading the DVD, we stick it in the XBOX. Now the XBOX DVD player is beginning to wear out! My husband and I have really wanted a Blu-ray disc player, but have hesitated because of having to buy all new Blu-ray discs, but this one in the giveaway plays the old DVDs and the new Blu-ray discs, so that way we can gradually update our Blu-ray collection. That is why the Kimmel family wants to win:)Congratulations on your company Jed! We will be happy to send referrals your way!"

Love the name.
Why no prices or price range?
If we lived closer we would totally have you instal us a theater. We are already wired but need the rest.
If I win I don't have to get a new gaming system that we'll never use just because it's also a blue-ray player. We use our old school XBOX for a DVD player. So sad.
I told my husband that your husband was doing a give-away and he looked at the website and got all excited to build his "man-cave" he calls it. When we find our new house to live in. He says that they have alot of real nice equipment!! So maybe you and jed will have to come up to washington for a weekend to help Klaas accomplish his ManCave :)
Hopefully I'll see ya next saturday at the shower :)
i think i should win because i was hoaxed into doing this unknowingly and i think thats just how luck goes. and a blue ray player would be good days, could go for one of those in the case that we dont' have the ps3 that isn't ours around :P
btw this is Ian
I Think I should win because 1-I would be the hottest "Headset Hottie" ever and I think that could be my payment for you using me as your model for the website. 2-I would use it all the time and have been a blu- ray fan since the beginning. 3-what am I going to do when the lord of the rings trilogy comes out in blue-ray and i cannot watch it!
Ok, first of all, awesome giveaway! I really like the site design! My mom always hires someone to put up all her Christmas lights, so I'll send her the link!
Second of all, I made the pico, and it was awesome. Not as good as yours, but awesome nonetheless. Thanks again!!!
I just checked out your site. It is a great idea! My husband was thinking of doing a similar thing years ago but never did. I really hope you have a lot of success! By the way, your header picture is darling, who was your photographer?!
We want a theater room downstairs, and chadd isn't so tech-inclined (don't let him know i said that), so we will need someone. Hopefully it will be soon---crossing my fingers to get the basement done! I would like to see some quotes too...i have no idea how much this stuff costs
mmm i'm pretty sure i would be the best wife in the world if i won a blu-ray...we often go to the store just to watch the blu-ray movies...which by the way, last time they had the office playing, it was fabulous. the site looks awesome!! i wanted to see more pics of before and afters, but i'm sure that will come the more rooms they do, also pricing, or is that different just depending on what you want done
I would love to see a gallery of various projects they have done I think thats always a big selling point is seeing something someone else has had done and being able to say "I want that" . Also, If they ever get anyone asking for dish or direct tv service I would love to help them put it in. Enter me in the drawing Please!
I also posted this on my facebook for everyone to see! :D

I also posted it on my blog www.ckhowefamily.blogspot.com
Can you tell I am excited?????
Hey, sorry I put you on our blog and I loved his web site. It looks very professional, you know that I will reccomend him to everyone. Our family is all about supporting Jed. He has kept our computers going for years. We love you good luck with everything. By the way I totally deserve the Blue-ray I wouldn't let Bri buy one a little while ago, it would be a great welcome home present for him!
P.S. I also put it on face book!
Pick me pick me! The web sit is good, but it's really dark. Maybe it's just me, but it was sometimes hard for me to focus on the white writing.
I blogged about it here:
http://therapeuticcrafting.blogspot.com/2009/08/blue-ray.html
I'd like to see prices on their site. I imagine they don't have them because every home is unique and the home owners will all want something different, but maybe if they gave a sample or a base or something to go off of.
